It can be used on the ward, in clinic or surgery or even in the patient's home. It uses sliders to make data entry easy and the risk score is constantly updated.In England with the introduction of Cardiac Risk scoring for all new hypertensives in QOF and the new government over 40 health-checks risk scoring is very topical but hopefully it will also appeal to other countries. The graphical representation aims to make discussing cardiac risks with a patient easier in that they will be able to see how altering their risk factors has an effect. I have added a normal risk score and a relative risk score to aid the discussion with a patient who isn't above the English treatment threshold of 20% but is at very high relative risk compared to peers.I've had a couple of requests for a mg/dl option so I have added this and an option for additional risks and moved the risk box to the top to make it more visible when changing the sliders.Please email me with any more feature requests and I will consider them.********Now available free**********
